1-2 PRIVATE SESSIONS
A one-on-one session is a premium customized experience. You will receive a program that meets your goals, physical strengths, limitations, and specifically addresses your level of practice. For students who are new to yoga, who may have suffered an injury or have other physical concerns. For experienced yoga students who want to add depth and refinement to their yoga practice as well as enhance the benefits.
