VIDEO CONFERENCING SOFTWARE

You can download the Zoom.us application on your computer, tablet or phone.
To sign up for a class, email michela.franci@gmail.com at least 30 minutes prior to the class. You will be emailed a zoom link to join and take the class.

Classes will use minimum props: a mat, strap/rope, a blanket to start if possible.

Online Group classes and Privates with specific focus on your needs (please write me for more info).

Semi-Privates also available (please write me for more info).

Live-online classes are offered in real time with you, the teacher and other students connecting virtually through video conferencing software. You will be able to see me, interact, get verbal corrections and ask questions.
