Michela Franci invites you to join her into the experience of a unique yoga retreat in the marvellous hilly Tuscany.
I will bring my extensive training and knowledge in yoga and human anatomy to provide a safe, enjoyable and therapeutic practice.
Each day will start with yoga and a healthy breakfast followed by your choice of fun and interesting activities or simply relaxing time in the comfort of the beautiful location.
Each day will end with a meditation, pranayama (breathing session) and restorative practice followed by a delicious dinner Italian style.
Classes are appropriate for all levels of experience even for a total beginner.
