Michela is a fantastic yoga teacher. I had been to other yoga schools in the past, and when I stepped into my first class with Michela I very quickly realized that she was the teacher I had always wished for. I’m 19 and started practicing yoga for the first time this year, only managing to do a few face-to-face classes due to the health emergency. Despite this, Michela’s expertise and dedication encouraged me to continue online too and I must say that I was very satisfied. It is not easy to teach online and Michela was able to follow me and to dedicate herself to each of us with extreme attention and kindness. I take this opportunity to suggest even the youngest like me to start practicing. With Michela it will be a wonderful experience!
I approached this practice in November 2019 because I suffered from severe back pain. After a few sessions I found relief almost immediately. Thanks to the expertise and preparation of Michela (who gives me support and bears with me) I finally returned to a normal and peaceful life.
